Cancellation Policy - MyDreamMBA

At MyDreamMBA, we strive to offer transparent and customer-friendly service policies. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Parents and Students may cancel their service requests.

1. Service Cancellation by Parents and Students

  • Parents and Students may request to cancel their booked services by contacting us at support@mydreammba.com or calling +91 9894 335929.
  • Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of booking the service and before any work has commenced.
  • Once consultation, documentation, or processing work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation by MyDreamMBA

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services in cases such as:

  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Unavailability of required documents or incorrect information provided by Parents and Students.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, etc.).

If MyDreamMBA cancels a service before it starts, Parents and Students will receive a full refund of any payments made.

3. Refunds on Cancellation

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any applicable processing charges or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Services purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.

4. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to:

  • University application submission fees.
  • Profile review and editing services once initiated.
  • Consultation packages after the first session.
